Many see Kathy Lowrey as a sort of ambassador for the Northshore. It is her home…full of culture, community and plenty of adventure. Whether she’s enjoying the Camellia City Market in Slidell, rollerblading on The Trace or enjoying a relaxing cruise down the Tchefuncte, Kathy is one to take full advantage of all that is St. Tammany.
Having served for more than three years as the Sales and Marketing
Manager, and now as the Interim General Manager of the Northshore
Harbor Center, this building and its community have become her passion.
They are a source of pride for all that has been accomplished.
