The St. Tammany Hospital Foundation was established to sustain the healing work of the physicians and staff of St. Tammany Parish Hospital. Through the development of philanthropic support, the Foundation seeks to fortify the promise to provide world-class healthcare…close to home, now and for generations to come.

Ten Ways to Give

St. Tammany Hospital Foundation
accepts donations in many ways. Personal and community support is vital to sharing in the hospital’s investment to assure continued quality healthcare.
There are several opportunities available to you that support the Foundation while providing you tax and income benefits. To make your gift effective, carefully consider one of the following:

Founded in 2003 by a group of community leaders who recognized that for St. Tammany Parish Hospital to achieve its goals of excellence, it must receive support above and beyond that provided by direct patient services. The Foundation exists to provide a comprehensive program of fund development to supplement, enhance and enrich the programs, facilities and services of STPH.

The hospital is a self-supporting, not-for-profit community hospital and receives no tax funding. The Foundation seeks financial support from individuals, foundations, businesses and organizations. Donations to the Foundation may benefit any department or outreach program of the hospital. Every gift is recognized and stewarded in accordance with the donor’s intent and expectations.
